...but i am a pisces, if you're wondering.
in this section, i talk about my past, present, and future research. take a look at my cv if you want the full picture, but i'll do my best to summarize in the following few sentences.
i graduated from cu boulder with a b.a. in astrophysics in 2022. for a year after that, i worked for americorps as a high school math instructor in denver for the 2022-23 school year. i was also a virtual intern supporting dei initiatives at nasa headquarters. i performed data analysis of nasa-supported postdoctoral fellowships and developed a code that determines a researcher's astronomical expertise based on language used in their published papers on nasa ads.
now, i'm a second-year grad student at boston university and a member of professor catherine espaillat's research group. i am currently working on identifying molecular features in jwst miri data of transitional protoplanetary disks' inner regions in an effort to understand the source of their chemical differences and the implications this has on the planets that may form there.
